• We recommend that salon/spa appointments be made as far in advance as possible, to assure your preferred time and day.
  
  
• Please check in with our salon/spa coordinator at least five minutes prior to your first appointment.
  
  
• We regret that we are unable to extend appointments for late arrivals.
  
  
• Kindly observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged for spa services.
  
  
• A credit card reservation is required for all spa packages. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged without a 24-hour notice.
  

• The Spa experience/atmosphere may not be suitable for young children. Thank you for your consideration
  
  
• Please respect the relaxation of other clients by not using cell phones while in the salon.

• Our Salon/Spa is smoke free.
  
  

• Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities of 15-20% are customary.

HOURS

• Gift Certificates are available for any service, package or dollar amount. Spa packages can be tailored to your specification. All spa packages consisting of three or more major services are discounted 10%.

• Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Payment by personal check is welcome with proper identification.
